About

Disciplined planning, with purpose

I'm a demand and supply planning leader with nine years across retail, FMCG and B2B. In practice, my work tends to show up as better forecasts, fewer lost sales, and cash pulled back out of inventory, usually inside large, multi-country operations.

Most of that value comes from getting people aligned and running S&OP with real discipline, so commercial teams can grow without the supply side breaking. I'm certified in planning and inventory management (CPIM) by ASCM, formerly APICS.

At heart I'm an intentional learner. I lead with structured thinking, try to bring clarity to complexity, and earn trust by being reliable when the pressure is on. The idea I keep coming back to is simple: deliver the best of me, and trust the process instead of forcing the outcome.

Today I'm Director of Planning, Strategy & Analytics at Modloft, and I recently finished an MBA in Strategy & Supply Chain at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
